Return Policy

At ÉLJA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We evaluate return requests under the following conditions.

Return Conditions

• Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• Contact us with your order number to request a return.
• For approved returns, shipping fees are borne by the customer.
• Once the product reaches us, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Product

In case of delivery of a damaged or incorrect product, shipping fees will be covered by us. A photo notification is sufficient.
